Travel Documents

All booking confirmations, e-tickets, and travel documents are delivered electronically via email. Physical copies are available on request and can be collected from our Wolverhampton office or posted by first-class Royal Mail.

E-Documents

Electronic documents are sent to your registered email address within 24–48 hours of full payment being received. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive them.

Postal Documents

Physical documents sent by Royal Mail First Class are typically delivered within 1–3 working days of dispatch. We are not responsible for postal delays beyond our control.
